6 Part Mini-Series

Each of these 20 minute webinars will take school owners on a journey from the basics of how to improve their institution’s low outcomes through putting together an effective Plan for Improvement, by focusing on analyzing, identifying, developing and monitoring the five (5) key areas of their institution that might need to be improved upon (e.g. Recruitment & Admissions, Faculty, Curriculum, Student Support Services, and/or Facilities, Equipment & Materials areas.) All webinars are free.

Introduction to Low Outcomes Mini-Series
This free 6-minute introductory webinar will provide a general overview of what’s included in the 6-Part Mini-Series on Low Outcomes; to include information on how to access/register for the Low Outcomes webinar series, helpful technology tips on the Low Outcomes webinar series, how to access the end-of-the-webinar questionnaires, and how to obtain the certificate of completion.  View free introduction webinar

Part I – How to Improve Low Outcomes Part II – Student Recruitment and Admissions
This 20-minute webinar will take school owners through first defining what low outcomes are relative to the NACCAS Standards; it will then detail how the annual report plays a part in the low outcomes process; it will provide an overview of how the Annual Report fits in; it then will provide insight into what happens when a school’s rates are reported as low; it will next give school owners what they need to do bring low outcomes into compliance with the NACCAS outcomes rates and finally, it will introduce the school owners to the Plan for Improvement.  View Part I This 20-minute webinar will take school owners through first identifying what is involved in the recruitment and admissions processes of a school; onto applying the 4-step A.I.D.M. process of the Plan for Improvement to an institution’s Recruitment and Admissions areas; and finally onto giving school owners a sneak peak into a real-world example of a Recruitment and Admissions Plan for Improvement.  View Part II

It includes a discussion of the composite score and other criteria that are utilized to evaluate financial statements.
